What is the order cut-off time

We can process and prepare your order the same day if it is submitted by 11:00 A.M. EST.

Can I modify or cancel an existing order?

Yes, you can modify or cancel an existing order by contacting us immediately at admin@sunjinus.com. However, if you’ve already received a tracking notification email, the order has likely been shipped, and changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Shipping

What is your cut off time for same day ship?

Orders with requests submitted before 11am will be shipped on the same day. We don't take orders on weekends and on public holidays.

How do you pack good for for shipping?

Depending on the type of goods, we send goods in boxes or on pallets. We ensure sufficient packing to minimize the risk of damage during transportation. The packaging material will be discussed with the customer in advance.

When do you ship an order to a customer?

If no specific shipping window instructions are provided, we typically ship out orders within 1–2 business days.

Can I arrange my own carrier?

Yes, you may arrange your own carrier for pickup. Alternatively, we can proceed with freight collect. Please ensure all necessary details are provided for a smooth pickup process.
